A Lack Of Seals

Today I went for a bike ride to a place called Tailrace. A few months ago I was there and I saw a seal in the river. C was with me but he didn't see it and ever since, I've been trying to spot my seal again. I didn't see him today, but I had a lovely, long ride. Here is some photographic evidence of my journey.

And my always impractical riding attire;

+ handmade woollen hat from gallery in deloraine, cardigan & dress from vintage fair, petticoat courtesy of my nanna (it is 150 years old!), shoes from my step sister, necklace & ring from the niche & apron markets yesterday.

What a beautiful bike ride! I can't wait to buy a bike this year. I think I am going to have to go look for one over the weekend since it is +17 here already. Love your biking attire. Oh how I love the warmth so I can stay in dresses :)
