+ In line with wanting to learn new skills, I'd love to put together a tool box for myself and challenge myself to make some fun bits and pieces for around our house. I think I need to redefine 'spending my time wisely' as enjoying whatever I'm doing and not feeling guilty about other things I'm not doing - down time and productive time being as important as each other. The idea of motherhood is something I've been wondering about how I'll adapt to, but I'm looking forward to seeing how it goes. I am a bit introverted and antisocial by nature so I think that pushing myself to meet new people would really benefit me. Any overarching ambitions you're bringing with you into the new year?
+ In squid news, somebody is quite enjoying stretching their limbs out in my belly, especially when I'm about to go to sleep. I don't think I'll ever get used to that feeling!

I don't do resolutions either, so I started this year with a list of goals which I'm allowed to change as the year advances, because some of the goals change depending on how life is happening :)
ReplyDeleteI hope your 2013 will be amazing, and full of wishes came true for you!
love all of these :) what a great way to start the new year! x
ReplyDeleteI love your resolutions. Being kind to yourself is always good!
ReplyDeleteI always have a lot resolutions. Last year I tried to keep it down a bit and practically did reach nothing of it, so this year I try the big things again and hopefully will reach a little bit of it.
Love your resolutions :)

Tool box is a great idea. Stretching baby in your belly is just plain cute.
ReplyDeleteGreat list, Hun! I usually do the broader ones (they suit me better too), but I'be decided to push myself a bit this year and make a list of specific goals for this year. Kinda excited about it right now.... probably not so much in a couple of months time :) Just making sure I have them all jotted down before I blog them and hex myself haha!
