Just A Minute

...in April.

+ I did some doodling (uniball eye micros are my all time favourite pens).

+ We made quite a few visits to Milkbar.

+ Our friend Chris came to stay for a few days (that's his silhouette).

+ I sent some mail.

+ I reorganised my office space a little.

+ I got through a few more 100 ideas.

+ I found this lovely skirt and painted my nails probably a dozen times.

+ My coffee table got a new tablecloth.

+ I unearthed all of my badges and brooches and pins.

+ I went opshopping and came home with these guys.

+ I got bored at uni and took photos of my books and feet and paint pallet.

+ One of my neighbours houses got re-painted with this lovely red door.

+ Dexter was very photogenic. We also discovered that our little boy cat... is actually a girl. Dexter is a lady. Ps. Yes, her collar is too big - I've got to find her a new one until she fits this one.

+ C and I treated ourselves to a couple of cafe outings.

Watching: Game of Thrones, Angel, New Girl.
Reading: The Hunger Games.
Listening: Daughter, Miike Snow & Foster The People.
Consuming: A lot of tea, red velvet cupcakes, soups and cider (I actually found a type of alcohol that I don't hate! It's the only cider I've ever tried that I've liked - it's called Herrljunga, delicious sweet pear)
Loving: Having visitors, day trips, craft supplies, my lovely boyfriend and our little cat family.
Wearing: Bed socks, a lot of yellow, tights, stripes, jackets.
Spending money on: the official part of getting married (not too far away).

Just a Minute...

...in March...

+ I received a gorgeous wind-up robot from Rin for my birthday. A wonderful surprise present. I've been making it walk around my cats and they hate it.

+ Milkbar opened and I got really excited.

+ C wanted to buy this little couch for our cats, and I saw this big comfy couch at Raincheck Lounge.

+ I saw some interesting signs in Hobart.

+ I celebrated my birthday and received some sweet goodies and went out for lunch.

+ I wore a lot of red.

+ I made a little display for my nail polishes and painted my nails about twenty times to try to stop from biting them.

+ I sent off some picnic invitations.

Watching: Game of Thrones.
Purchasing: Dresses, hot chocolates, op-shopped goodies.
Listening to: Admiral Fallow & The Wombats.
Loving: Collage.
Wearing: Lots of yellow & pretty new dresses.
Making: Homemade chocolate chip energy balls.
Consuming: The above.

Twenty-Twoth

Things I did today:
+ Slept in and missed uni.
+ Woke up to a phone call from my Ma.
+ Opened a delightful little parcel from my friend Min full of fun party stuff.
+ Wore a sprig of lavender in my hair.
+ Visited one of my favourite Launceston shops, Cinty's and had a lovely chat with its lovely namesake (she even gave me free tickets to a vintage fair on the weekend and a free shirt for C!).
+ I ate a delicious toastie, a big glass of banana smoothie and a slice of hazenut chocolate cheesecake at Milkbar and was gifted some lovely fabric (that I had picked out to buy) by Isis.
+ Opened some lovely presents from my love (new red stockings, a cameo mug, the Vintage Tea Party book and Heels on Wheels book).
+ Received lovely little gifts from Sara and we went for a drive to the Batman Bridge and back.
+ Watched Sara get two new tattoos (little red puzzle pieces on each ankle, one with my initials in it!).
+ Quickly devoured some delicious Indian food with C.
+ Went to the movies to see a screening of Amelie at my uni's movie night (my favourite movie on my birthday?!).
+ Came home and felt pooped.
+ Watched my year-old cat come in from outside and proceed to lick my kitten from head to toe, then the kitten licked him from head to toe, then they snuggled. I DIE.
+ Had a lovely birthday
